MMC’s community is comprised of esteemed artists and music lovers from many musical backgrounds.

Our Musical Mentors are professional music educators, experienced musicians, and passionate university students and community members who provide instruction through our Musical Mentors Exploration and Musical Mentors Academy programs. They are jazz guitarists, opera singers, musical theater songwriters, classical pianists, ukulele enthusiasts, and everything in between.

Our Grand Mentors are world-renowned musicians who offer their expertise, mentorship, and resources to further the work of our organization. They’ve won Tonys, Grammys, and performed on the world’s biggest stages. We are thankful to have them perform at MMC events, appear on Q&A sessions with our students and Musical Mentors, offer us tickets to their performances, and much more.
