Where Music Meets Mentorship
Join us on May 13, 2026 at The Lotos Club in New York City for Musical Mentors Collaborative’s annual Spring Gala, Where Music Meets Mentorship. The evening celebrates MMC’s work in New York and across the country while honoring the Musical Mentors – past, present, future – who make our mission possible.
This special evening will include performances by students, Musical Mentors, and special artists, reflecting the creativity, collaboration, and curiosity that inspire our programs. Featuring:

Bluegrass musician Michael Daves
Guitarist and composer Bill Frisell
The evening will include food and drinks, an online auction, opportunities to meet the artists, and time to connect with fellow supporters of music education and mentorship.
The Lotos Club is one of the oldest literary and arts clubs in the United States. In the late 1800s, The Lotos Club’s president Frank Lawrence said “The Lotos Club is ever at its best when paying homage to genius in literature or art.” This year we celebrate the creativity, dedication, and generosity of the mentors who guide the next generation of musicians. This event is more than a concert – it is an opportunity for our community to come together and support meaningful access to music education and mentorship.
