Musical Mentors Summer Sounds

Program Overview 

Summer Sounds was a six-week online summer program run by MMC intended on closing education gaps that often occur over the summer. Participating students received: 

• Six weekly private lessons with a Musical Mentor 
• Community Gatherings, which bring students together for games, icebreakers, and more 
• The opportunity to perform in an end-of-summer recital

Who

Summer Sounds was available to any student who was enrolled in either MME or MMA for the previous school year. 

Is Summer Sounds happening this summer?

No, we’ve retired the Summer Sounds program, and we invite students to participate in the Musical Mentors Academy (MMA) program instead over the summer months. You can read more about MMA here.
